Bad experience upon check in: there were fecal stains on the sheet of the bed they wanted to assign me. Toilet seat had visible dirt. After admission it became better. They’re trying a difficult job to take care of physical rehab patients as well as elderly ones. An on call physician only. It’s billed as a SNF (skilled nursing facility) and as such fulfills its purpose with negative points of the support personnel.
Mom is leaving the facility on Saturday, she’s happy to be going home but a little sad to leave as she has enjoyed the camaraderie with all the staff. Although there was one issue when she first got here it was immediately taken care of and the director called me personally to make sure things were taken care of and that mom was comfortable and happy. The director is also going to help us with an issue we have outside of here. She is going above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated. This place is wonderful and caring.thank you to everyone
