Mom is leaving the facility on Saturday, she’s happy to be going home but a little sad to leave as she has enjoyed the camaraderie with all the staff. Although there was one issue when she first got here it was immediately taken care of and the director called me personally to make sure things were taken care of and that mom was comfortable and happy. The director is also going to help us with an issue we have outside of here. She is going above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated. This place is wonderful and caring.thank you to everyone

Shelby at the front desk, went the extra mile to help save my bacon today after I forgot forms for a patient to sign. My office is 40 miles away and her willingness to help not only ensured my patient completed necessary healthcare forms. It saved me from a severe panic attack. Attention to detail, willingness to help and the cleanliness of the facility are above standard.
